The stay was great. the whole hotel was clean. the staff was very welcoming. the property was in an excellent location close to bars, restaurants, maids, porters, the animation team. Guest room with 2 single beds, clean bed linen, and an amazing view was ready when we arrived.

We had air conditioned, quadruple room with gates. Helpful enough and excellent friendly staff who were always there to help.

The rooms had amazing views and were equipped with working air-conditioning. the bed linen was clean. the staff was respectful and amicable. They provided information when needed. Our experience from check-in was pleasant. We would love to go back.

The swimming pool with slides is outside the hotel and with extra cost. The washrooms is very old and do not contain the necessary items such as soaps and shampoo, etc .... and you need to deposit money to get a remote control for the TV .

Marvellous location in pretty comfortable area, just off Hammamet, the restaurant and bar and the using the water park. What a polite staff.

The hotel has a marvelous location right next to a beautiful beach with stunning views. It is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and a water park. the hotel also offers excellent services with maids and porters available on-site.

The Hotel was situated near to where I needed to be and it was a good price.It was only somewhere for me to sleep for the night so I didnt need to use any other facilities apart from using the bureau de change and have breakfast which was adequate.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom facilities was not very nice although the shower was very powerful and hot water which I like.I Didnt think that there were enough plug sockets in the room.

The location. I was in Tunisia to attend a wedding of a friend and this hotel was just a few kilometers from Nabeul, Tunisia. The hotel maid (femme de chambre) was very friendly, attentive, and kept the room spotlessly clean.

(1) On the day I arrived in the pouring rain I had to ask the gateman to unchain the driveway to the entrance so I could drop off my luggage. Except for the initial luggage drop off, the entry way is off limits to cars, that is, no drop-offs of people are allowed. No adequate explanation was given as to why this was the case. (2) When the credit card machine failed to work, the reception staff insisted on cash payment in full. Although there were some exceptions, the reception staff was for the most part rude and insensitive. (3) The 3rd floor interior hallways were dark and unlit. (4) A "quiet" room was requested and a room facing the "animation" stage was given. It is impossible to sleep between 10pm and midnight everynight except Sunday. (5) The king bed in the guest room was missing a leg making it off balance. I was informed it would be fixed the next day. After insisting, it was repaired within 2 hours. (6) The bed cover had cigarette burns in it. (7) Breakfast service is over at 9am. Although breakfast was included in the price of my room, I never got to eat it because I typically wake up after 9am when on vacation.

The location here is fantastic, being quite close to Slipstream Sculpture and only about 0.5 km away from the airport.

This place is conveniently located near the animation team and the old town, just 3 km away from an art museum.

Really enjoyed the hotel, it is gorgeous and clean, has great and particularly good location in the "restaurant ". All of the staff members were polite and fantastic friendly. Location: the venue was very close to especially the animation team, and the local restaurants...
